Cozy Cottages consists of 5 total apartments in the form of a Duplex and Triplex locally owned and operated.

 

The Duplex is 2 apartments that include beautiful hardwood flooring and lots of storage. The Duplex is a home located just 2 blocks north of main street in Rexburg has a large attached garage and large backyard with a fire pit. You even have your own garden spot! Both apartments are 1200 sq. ft and 2 bedroom, 1 bath, and their own laundry room. Both apartments have lovely natural gas fireplaces for that cozy atmosphere. Apartment

#400 is the entire upstairs of the home and Apartment # 401 is the entire downstairs basement of the home. Each have their own separate outside entrance.

The Triplex has 3 apartments, is located in Rigby and perfect for persons attending school at BYU-I and working in Idaho Falls. Apartment #1 is a 2 bdrm, 1 bath apartment with large family room, kitchen and separate dining room. It also boasts a large laundry room.  Apartment #2 is a spacious 3 bdr. plus separate den, 2 bath and 1800 sq. ft. Apartment #3 is a 900 sq. ft. 2 bdrm, 1 bath. They each have their own laundry room. These apartments have been renovated, have efficient gas hot water heaters, natural gas heat, new windows, new paint, new flooring. With all of our apartments we pay water, sewer, garbage, you pay electricity and natural gas, and internet.
